The training program on the serious gaming component of the urban resilience approach serves the purpose of enhancing the skills and knowledge of local teams and staff members.
This training aims to refresh their understanding and competence in supporting the multi-stakeholder collaboration strategy developed by Resilient Jakarta, a partner organization. The overarching goal is to facilitate effective participation in the planning and execution of various grand design projects in Jakarta. Serious games are employed as valuable tools within this training framework to foster improved collaboration and planning among diverse stakeholders. Participants are likely engaged in hands-on activities and simulations that replicate real-world scenarios, allowing them to develop problem-solving skills, enhance teamwork, and explore innovative approaches to urban resilience challenges in Jakarta.
